System Overview

Stealth Mode Project Alpha operates as a distributed cloud storage network. Storage capacity is supplied by independent household nodes rather than centralized facilities. No single node is critical to system integrity. Redundancy and resilience are achieved through distribution rather than concentration.

Storage Capacity and Member Access

Each storage module contains 4TB of physical storage hardware.Member-accessible storage begins at 1TB and can expand over time as the network grows. The remaining capacity is allocated dynamically by the platform to support redundancy, security, and enterprise storage demand. No individual module stores complete files, and no member has access to enterprise data.

Why Consoles Are Used

Gaming consoles provide: Standardized hardware environments
Secure operating systems
Predictable power and connectivity
Global distribution at scale
Using consoles avoids hardware fragmentation and reduces variability in security and performance. The console serves as a stable anchor for the storage module without requiring custom compute devices.

Storage Model

Data stored on the network is: Encrypted before distribution
Broken into fragments
Distributed across many independent locations
No household node: Stores full files
Can reconstruct data
Can access stored content
The system is designed so individual node failure does not compromise data availability or integrity.

Security and Data Isolation Principles

The architecture assumes zero trust at the node level.Key principles include: Strict separation between hosting infrastructure and data access
No inbound access from households to business data
No exposure of household networks to enterprise clients
Hosting infrastructure does not provide visibility into stored data.

Revenue Architecture (System Level)

Enterprise clients pay Stealth Mode Project Alpha for storage services.Revenue is allocated across: Platform operations
Redundancy and resilience
Participating households
Household payouts represent infrastructure supply costs rather than labor compensation.

Environmental and Cost Considerations

Traditional data centers require: Land acquisition
Large-scale construction
Water-intensive cooling
Concentrated energy usage
Stealth Mode Project Alpha leverages infrastructure that already exists in homes, reducing the need for new data center construction and lowering marginal storage costs.

Patent Foundation and Defensibility

These architectural choices are not theoretical; they are grounded in prior art.The platform is built on U.S. patents: Patent No.: US 8,751,607 B2 | June 10, 2014
Patent No.: US 2015/0317742 A1 | November 5, 2015
Originally filed in 2008, these patents cover the use of consumer hardware and distributed modules to provide secure online storage and data delivery.Security is enforced at the architectural level, not the user level.

System Boundaries

Stealth Mode Project Alpha is purpose-built for storage. It does not provide: General compute services
Content distribution platforms
Peer-to-peer file sharing
Customer data access for participants

Current State and Forward Path

The platform is being introduced through a controlled rollout focused on enterprise validation and network stability rather than rapid expansion.
